OUR SHIPPING POLICY

How I Do It

Processing time

Handmade prints are packaged and shipped by me in the UK

I am a 1 human team and will endeavour to get your prints packaged and sent off as soon as possible. 

Please allow 1-3 days processing time for your orders before they are posted.

Postage 

Orders are shipped by the Royal Mail, first class post to the UK and Standard shipping for the Rest Of The World. 

UK Estimated delivery 3-5 business days

Rest of the World Estimated delivery 5-7 business days. 

The further away from the UK you are the longer it will take to arrive. 

COVID-19 Update 

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic postal services are experiencing delays. Your patience during this times is appreciated.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

 
I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
