Shipping Policy

Processing time

Please allow 1-3 days processing time for your orders before they are dispatched. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. If you need your order sooner, please send an email to and we can see what we can do to help. 

UK Shipping
Orders are shipped Royal Mail 1st Class for free. Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days from dispatch date. 

If you would like to be able to track your order you can select Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £3. You'll receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Estimated delivery is 1 business day from dispatch date

Europe and Rest of World
International Standard delivery fee for customers outside of the UK is £3.

International tracked delivery fee for customers outside the UK is £7. We recommend choosing this option to ensure safe arrival of your order. 

Please note, this shipping charge is for delivery only. Non-UK customers are responsible for any import duties, charges and local taxes. 

Europe estimated delivery is 3-5 business days from dispatch. 

Rest of World estimated delivery is 5-7 business days from dispatch date. 

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our address. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).​

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products such as: special orders, personalised items, commissioned artworks. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
